Assignment data accessed through the Market API and Assignment Export may only be used internally within the approved legal entity. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing or making Brainville data available to third parties is not permitted.

Brainville data may not be used to build, support or enrich external marketplaces, aggregation services, matching services or similar third-party-facing services without explicit written approval from Brainville.
